Mike Mulligan 821f9b7c47 Repoint manifests to ee-extensions org + refresh zips from cleaned source ...

download_url + homepage in all 5 manifests now point at the org-owned channel
and repos. Zips rebuilt from the current source so each embeds the ee-extensions
updater URL (and the eea-foh bundle no longer carries the stray org domain in
its printer-test QR).
